The Dolphin House regeneration project epitomises so much of the spirit, intentions and approach we are hoping to encourage with Housing Unlocked. Architect Stefan Lowe’s thoughtful reflections in this short film are worth hearing again and again. For us, it is a perfect example of the type of context sensitive, careful design thinking around housing that can make a huge difference to people’s lives. Give it a watch!
